# 2 !

I like this as a theme too,

And this, but with colorful frog eyes,

We can rotate it on a weekly basis as I believe it's not much harder than uploading an avatar. I'd think anyone who takes the time to make a banner ought have it up for a few days if they want. RU?

Also,

the theme of excavation with a backhoe,

a deep sea creature,

a deep sea fisher,

a goblin shark,

"marks in the dark",

a panicking spelunker,

a very bloody operation,

a cute little girl,

stepping in a puddle.

I rather like the baby rabbit, it is a good symbol of dissident philo if you think about it.
It will confuse and make folks think. ,,, And it is just soo darn cute you want to cuddle it.

I like those ideas.

And I will attempt to change the banner every week if somebody can supply them.

We've got a favicon now too, (the little DPF icon in the address bar); so thanks to all on that too and submissions welcome...

Towards a 'stepping in puddle' banner...

Just going to up several images, anyone interested in playing around or adding in anyway is welcome...

I love this, but the images are too small...

These are the idea too...

Like so...

Or so...

This one I am very fond of. They are the innocent philosophers who are just starting to get his or her feet wet. They are curious and having fun, they are playing with 'the other side', they have not been splashed with very cold water. They are childish; the puddle is a metaphor again for the other-world, water often is in symbolisms, they hardly know really what it is, collected there. They are a little timid, they put their feet in, different reactions...

Tab suggested "700 x 700". But I think if you just use your eye and keep it in the area of the banners you see here, you'll be good. The original banner on the site was quite small, other sites I looked at from the same company have very large banners, higher than the ones Tab or I made.
